This is one of three variants of a simple ash stool from The Ash Collection.

It is left as simple and basic as possible.

The components are split and shaped with an axe from a single freshly felled log.

The split surface is retained and only dressed with the axe where practically necessary.

Heat is used to dry the legs before wedging into position
